Robust Construction: Crafted from 2mm thick Zintec Steel frame, the Window Protector ensures durability and resilience against impacts, making it ideal for high-security settings.

Impact-Resistant Vision Panel: 8mm thick polycarbonate vision panel provides exceptional strength while offering flexibility to absorb impacts, surpassing the standards of traditional riot shields.

Replaceable Window: Easily replace damaged polycarbonate vision panel without replacing the entire frame, ensuring cost-effectiveness and convenience.

Anti-Microbial Coating: Powder-coated in RAL 9003 white with BioCote anti-microbial technology, the frame enhances hygiene and cleanliness in sensitive environments.

Secure Locking Mechanism: Operated by two Contour Secure Security locks, the door provides staff with easy access while maintaining user safety and comfort.

Flush Frame Design: The door sits within a frame of the same thickness, minimising gaps and maintaining tight tolerance for enhanced security.

Adaptability

Contour Window Protectors can be adapted to suit a number of different substrates. They can be surface mounted or set with the window reveal.

If there are more ornate window reveals, the design can either be mounted off the wall with a timber frame work or a separate chamfered metal framework.

FAQ

How do I open the window to let fresh air in?

The vision panel can be opened via the oval security locks and completely be removed. This allows full interrupted access to the window reveal for cleaning too.

What size do they come in?

Due to the modular design and bespoke manufacture, we are able to tailor our design to meet the needs of the building. As a rule something like a 1200 x 1500 would be a single door construction and 4000 x 2000 would be made from multiple panels to span the area required.

Can I replace the vision panel?

If the vision panel is damaged then it can be easily swapped out without needing to take the frame off the wall.

Can I order a bespoke colour to match our décor?
