Contour have teams of technical sales representatives who specialise in specific solutions offered by Contour and who cover all locations throughout the UK.

Contour has a nationwide approved and accredited installer network.

Contour offer technical site surveys. During busy periods or when a project is time–critical, Contour provide technical support to help you carry out your own site survey. Contour aim to complete all site surveys within 10 working days of a request.

Standard manufacturing lead times from approval of drawings are:

• LST and anti-ligature radiator guards: 15 working days LST and anti-ligature radiators: 15 working days
• Aluminium Pipe Boxing: 20 working days
• Plywood Pipeboxing: 5 working days
• CDT Floor Ducting: 7 working days

Please check for up to date lead times at the time of order or when very large quantities required.

Please note that special radiator guards require a longer lead time. Please enquire for further details.

Yes-radiators and valves are off the shelf.

The radiators and valves are off the shelf, but the LST covers are made to order. They have a lead time of 10 day.

Yes-but we'd recommend a radiator made from magnelis steel.

Magnelis steel has undergone an additional treatment stage, similar to hot-dipped galvanising, making it more resistant to rust and corrosion.
