Contour provides a UK wide free survey service to make sure the product is suitable for the environment it’s being installed into. Radiator covers, pipe boxing and TV cabinets can be installed by our team of qualified installers.

All our guards are designed and manufactured at our Midlands plant. This not only ensures a premium quality product but allows us to produce and deliver orders on short lead times throughout the UK.

Technical Design
If you need something out of the ordinary or require advice about the use of our products, please contact our Technical Department. Our design team is more than happy to help you to adapt our products to develop them in order to suit your application. Contour can provide a bespoke design service for projects with unique requirements. A team of technical experts and design specialists are available to discuss any of your development ideas and answer your questions, ensuring a product matching your exact criteria is produced. Our client-facing approach delivers your project on time and on budget, with advanced 3D CAD software used to produce drawings for approval.

Site Surveys
We undertake all site surveys free of charge as an integral part of our comprehensive service. Our surveyors, all having considerable installation experience, will identify the correct size and quantities of products required.
They will take note of any special requirements that are necessary, including cut-outs. Modifications can then be programmed into manufacture, making the installation process more efficient. Contour’s team of surveyors can work with you to suggest innovative and alternative design modifications on your original concepts, helping you reduce installation time and costs.

Our manufacturing service guarantees short lead times and complete quality control. For schemes where cost is a key driver, Contour has significant experience at value-engineering solutions.
Split Deliveries
To reduce the constant risk of materials becoming damaged or lost on site, Contour offers split deliveries as standard across all our LST radiator range.
Radiators and valves are delivered first, then, once the heating system is installed, tested and commissioned, casings are delivered. This virtually eliminates storage problems and the risk of site damage.
Installation Service
Our skilled and experienced fitting teams will carry out installations quickly and professionally – at very competitive rates. We offer a full ‘supply-and-fit’ service for most of LST & anti-ligature guard and pipe boxing products. Our experienced project management teams will look after the entire installation process for you, keeping disruption to all building occupants to an absolute minimum.
All of our installers are highly skilled, with considerable experience and product knowledge. All installers have received thorough training on installing our products.
